Starting with a discussion about how you'd like to use your yard, we can design your outdoor space to fit your aesthetic and lifestyle.
Basic Mowing Program:
1. Mowing: Mowers will be used as often as they are needed to maintain a neat & professional look at all times. Push mowers may be used in the smaller areas.
2. Trimming: All curbs & sidewalks will be trimmed when mowers are used. All ornamental shrubs & small trees will be trimmed & pruned on a timely schedule or as needed.
3. Clean Up: All sidewalks, curbs & driveways shall be blown off to remove all grass, clippings, leaves, & other debris after each mowing. All trash & debris shall be picked up over entire yard & properly disposed of. During the Winter months, all leaves & debris will be removed from around planters & around the entire yard & properly disposed of.
Lawn & Shrub Care Program:
1. Spraying: Lawn will be sprayed with herbicide to control weeds at least 3 times a year early Spring, Summer & Fall. Sidewalks, curbs, driveways, etc. will be sprayed with round-up as often as weeds appear. Shrubs will be sprayed with fungicide and/or insecticides once a month to insure healthy growing plants.
2. Fertilize: Yard will be fertilized at least 2 times a year, early Spring & Summer during applications fertilizer will be applied at recommended rates. Nursery Special which is a slow release fertilizer will be applied 2 times a year, Spring & Fall. Nursery Special will be applied to all shrub beds, this promotes growth of all plants.
3. Plantings: All shrub beds will be mulched two times a year. All shrubs beds will be kept weed free & maintenance during contract period, this does not include replacing plants killed be weather, insects or disease.
4. Irrigation: Cut irrigation system off in the Fall & back on in the Spring.
**We offer all of these things in the contract, but the materials that will be used to do the things we offer will have an additional fee.**
